The pool can be heated. If you require this please contact us in advance as there is an extra charge.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The property is located 850 m from Pingo Doce Vale do Lobo supermarket, 850 m from Restaurante Paixa , 2 km from Pimenta & Pasta , 2 km from Vale do Lobo sandy beach, 3 km from Praia do Trafal sandy beach, 4 km from Aquashow Park water park, 7 km from Estação de Loulé train station, 21 km from Aeroporto de Faro (FAO) airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood surrounded by the forest and is incredibly peaceful.
Please note that, upon request, we can provide a 'Welcome Basket' with essentials for your stay, such as: small snacks, breakfast items, (butter, milk, bread, water), toiletries, laundry/dishwasher items, or customise it to your liking. We can also provide upon request, toiletries, airport transfer and any tours, activities you may be interested in.
Please note that the double bed in one of the rooms can be split into two single beds, upon request.

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 36 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- 35 to 29 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- 28 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Pets not allowed.

The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.

We had a lovely stay at Steven’s villa. The location is great with the supermarket & beach all within walking distance, even for the kids! The resort is lovely, although when you’re in the villa it doesn’t feel like you’re on a resort it all, it’s very peaceful & secluded. I would definitely recommend it to others & would happily stay there again!

Great stay! Casa de Carma is a lovely villa, set within the Vale du Lobo golf resort. The villa is lovely, modern, spacious with beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Extras like travel cot and washing machine made it great for us with a young baby. Plus the BBQ - as we stayed in a few evenings, but still made the most of the warm Portuguese evenings. It’s set down a hill with other properties. We drove most places, but there are restaurants nearby, as longs you can manage the hill and a bit of a walk. Steven was a great host, communication was super quick with the responses to a few queries we had. We’d definitely recommend.

Very relaxing place in a super nice area and beach close by.. What a lovely house! Loved the landscaping and we made great use of the pool!
