On the ground floor, from where you access the villa, we find 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and en suite bathrooms, which have access to a beautiful terrace with views. On this floor you can also enjoy a full gym and a wonderful jacuzzi to relax looking at the sea. Either going up the stairs, or by elevator, you can access the rest of the floors.
On the main floor is where the spacious living room is located with large windows overlooking the sea, which create a very bright and spectacular space. A large sofa sits in front of the flat screen television and a gas fireplace. Just behind you can enjoy an elegant dining room, with a large wooden table and comfortable seats. Next, there is the modern independent kitchen that is fully equipped with induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an island with stools and another beautiful wooden dining table that connects to a cozy living room with a sofa and television. Already on the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms, all with double beds, en suite bathrooms, work desk and large windows to get up and contemplate the ocean. In addition, the master bedroom has a great hydromassage bathtub
The entire main floor has direct access to the wonderful exterior, which has a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a chillout area with sofas, hammocks for sunbathing and hanging chairs. All of this is completed by the wonderful infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and the port of Jávea. Everything in this house invites you to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation on the Mediterranean coast.

The town of Jávea is 4 kilometers away and the Arenal area with the sandy beach 4 kilometers away. The airport "ALC" is 102 km. You must have a car to get around the area.
