On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable living room, an open plan kitchen/dining room, fully equipped and flooded with natural light. There are large patio doors from both the living room and dining room, which lead to the pleasant pergola and barbecue area.

The garden offers a traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue and a pergola to provide shade during alfresco dining.

The ground floor also has a small cloakroom and a good sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

It is ideally situated between Monte Gordo and Altura. Close enough to all the local nightlife, yet far enough away to avoid the summer crowds.

Towards the beach there is a nature reserve, which is a lovely walk or bike ride to the town of Monte Gordo, and is a favorite with bird watchers. The sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes throughout the year.
