On booking a property, a deposit of 30% is required

• The deposit can only be refunded should, for any reason outside of our control, the property becomes unavailable for the dates you have booked, or you are not able to travel due to Covid restrictions in the region where the property is situated.

One month prior to arrival, the balance is to be paid in full

BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, by fax or by post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.

You will be liable to pay the cancellation of charges show below:

• More than or 30 days before arrival date = loss of deposit. No further payment will be charged
• Less than 30 days before arrival date = 100% of the booking price.

If an amendment to your dates booked is required, please inform us immediately and this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

The agency reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time prior to the guest's arrival if circumstances arise that, in the agency's reasonable opinion, make the booking untenable or inappropriate. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, legal, safety, financial or compliance concerns, or the discovery of inaccurate or misleading information provided by the guest. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be issued, and the agency will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation.
