Feel Porto Wine Essence II is made up of a set of cosy flats. With around 20 m², this studio has a privileged location, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Porto.
This studio has 2 single beds and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
If you are travelling with children or babies, you can request a cot for added comfort. You'll find a kitchenette, equipped with an electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
This flat is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and an iron. There is a wide transport network close to the building, including the metro (General Torres stop), trains (General Torres stop) and buses.

You will have unrestricted and exclusive access to the entire flat and its facilities. Feel at home! Feel Porto!
The quickest and safest way to reach us is to book our private transfer service, which will be waiting for you when you arrive and will take you to the building, offering total comfort for you and yours.
Flat surroundings
Situated in one of the centres of Greater Porto, in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Porto, this accommodation is surrounded by facilities to make your experience more welcoming.
Just 20 minutes' walk from the accommodation you'll find the emblematic São Bento train station. The enigmatic, remodelled Bolhão Market is close by, as are the Clérigos Tower, Aliados and Rua de Santa Catarina.
The building is surrounded by shops and restaurants, such as Cervejaria Levare (1.5 km) with its famous francesinhas or Restaurante Escondidinho (1.5 km) whose menu is full of traditional Portuguese food.
The narrow streets with slender houses that flow into the River Douro will take you to Cais de Gaia (10 minutes away), where you'll find an extensive restaurant area serving the best cuisine in the region, accompanied by excellent wines.
About 100 metres from the accommodation you can enjoy the magnificent sunset at the mouth of the River Douro at places like Jardim do Morro or Serra do Vilar.
If you need hospital care, you only need to travel 2.5 kilometres to Santo António Hospital and the nearest pharmacy is 2 minutes away.

O apartamento é muito úmido, e tem fungos no piso à beira das janelas, precisaria buscar uma solução para isso.
Além disso, em determinados momentos do dia, tem um cheiro horrível que vem dos ralos (banheiro, pia) proveniente do esgoto. Também é um caso a ser solucionado.
De resto, foi um período ótimo que passamos em Gaia e recomendo Feel Porto para o arrendamento de AL em Porto e Gaia. Em nossas próximas idas para essas cidades, com certeza, procuraremos a Feel Porto.
