Cotton Cozy Nightlife Studio 301 is a studio located in Porto’s city centre, fully furnished and with access to a communal terrace on top of the building with breathtaking views. With an area of 32m², this studio has the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.
The name of the Cluster Galerias Fashion Flats, in which this studio is located, comes from all the remodeling to which it was submitted, where it obtained a totally modern decoration and linked to the world of fashion.
It has two comfortable beds that can be configured the way you want, namely a double bed or two single beds.
The studio also has a comfortable sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free amenities that will be at your disposal. No need to worry about bringing sheets or towels, we will have everything prepared for you upon arrival.
A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, dishwasher, various cooking utensils, a coffee machine and a toaster is also at your disposal, where you can prepare delicious meals.
The entire apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, 1 TV with cable TV and air conditioning/heating. Anything to make you feel at home.
The main advantage of this apartment is to have an outdoor terrace at the top of the building, shared, equipped with own furniture, and that allows you to enjoy an outdoor meal, or for example drink a glass of wine after exploring the city. Enjoy!

You will have access to the entire studio and amenities, without restrictions, and on an exclusive basis. Feel at home! Feel the Porto!
Outskirts of the Apartment
Being a studio located in the city centre of Porto, in one of the most famous streets of the city, the Galeria de Paris Street, and next to the famous Avenida dos Aliados, this studio has all the amenities you need to have a good experience during your stay in the city “Invicta”.
The Galerias de Paris Street, in which this studio is located, is known for its nightlife, as the name of the apartment indicates, as it is in a street full of restaurants, bars and some discotheques, so easy access and entertainment are not a problem.
Surrounded by attractions and spots to visit, when it comes to Portuguese gastronomy, this studio is located about 100m from the world-famous Hard Rock Café and the Levar Brewery, which is about 750m away, with the famous francesinhas.
The Hospital of Santo António is also about 500m away, if you have an emergency, and you will also have a pharmacy 3 minutes away.
If you come from the airport, please note that we have a private transfer service, under appointment, which will be waiting for you at the time of your arrival and will take you to the building, offering total convenience for both you and yours.

Please note that we do not have a reception in the building, so please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
Nearby activities and attractions
We, Tripeiros, have special tips so that our guests can make the most of their stay. Our apartment is in the city center, next to the Tower of Clérigos, Livraria Lello, Câmara do Porto, Station Of S.Bento. The street Santa Catarina is also nearby and there we suggest that you drink a coffee in the famous Café Majestic or in the late afternoon you can go to Cais de Gaia, City of Wine and enjoy the Port wine.

The hotel is in a prime location of Porto. Amazing restaurants and beautiful streets and squares. The room was absolutely stunning and very comfortable. We loved the many floor to ceiling windows and well appointed kitchen. The beds were very fluffy and comfortable. The roof deck allowed for beautiful sunsets and an amazing view of the terrace cottage roof tops.

O conforto do alojamento foi sem dúvida uma das coisas que mais gostei. Local extremamente limpo. Decoração, algo que gostei bastante. “Cozinha” muito bem equipada. Terraço, adorei. Apanhei um excelente tempo, do qual, terraço foi um dos locais que passei mais tempo enquanto estive em “casa”, super tranquilo, e com uma vista extraordinária. Casa de banho, também muito bem equipada (...) Voltarei sem dúvida alguma, um dos meus locais de eleição para ficar no porto. Aconselho! João (Portugal)
