New holiday home completely renovated in 2022, managed by Canariasgetaway (visit our website), three minutes walk from Puerto Rico beach, in a small complex with just a few neighbours and extremely quiet-It has been designed for the comfort and rest of travellers who want to enjoy one of the places with the most sunshine hours in Gran Canaria.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one single - very bright exteriors. It also has a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and a fantastic balcony with views of the quiet and relaxing pool and capacity for 3 people.
The 50 m² accommodation, cosy and very bright, has views of the pool, garden and ravine that flows into the fantastic Puerto Rico Beach, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for both short holidays and slightly longer stays.
The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has: air conditioning in the living room, international channels, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, and Smart TV.
Located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
Puerto Rico, the ideal place to spend 24 hours in swimwear, without remembering absolutely anything about the office or the stressful day-to-day of the rest of the year.
The blame for this entire situation lies with the good weather experienced in Puerto Rico practically all year round. A soft sun that seems not to want to leave this small valley in the south of Gran Canaria, nor its beach nor the apartments and hotels that dot the cliffs.
Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria, is one of the places in Europe that brings together the largest number of people determined to sunbathe even in the middle of December.
That soft sun, which is distributed practically twelve months including winters. The same soft sun that has turned the small beach of Puerto Rico and its neighbouring Amadores beach into one of the places with the best climate in all of Spain.
The Puerto Rico beach, with just over 280 metres in length, stands out for its family and relaxed atmosphere: the youngest enjoy playing with the golden sand and learning to swim on the shore while the older ones rest with all the tranquillity they desire. A very nice apartment with a perfect location. A 5-10 minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Although the apartment is not very big we managed just fine with 3 adults. Everything was tidy. No dishwasher but it was not a problem to do the dishes by hand. Beds were comfortable. The service and communication with ’Getaway Apartments’ was very good. There was only a very small fryingpan in the kitchen and we asked if they could fix a lager one. This was not a problem and the day after we got a brand new one. They even brought us extra blankets since it was a bit chilly at night. Can really recommend this place.

Estaría bien que para el verano que viene tuviera aire acondicionado, aunque el alojamiento está bien ventilado y corre el aire.

Amazing apartment. Very modern, spacious and had all facilities that is advertised on website. Beds were also extremely comfortable. Was worried we would be too hot with no aircon but the fans that were in apartment were perfect! Location was great, very central to beach, SPAR shop, Puerto Rico CC and Mogan Mall. No need for a car as everything is in walking distance. Complex is lovey and quite also very private and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice modern apartment and value for their money. Would highly recommend and will be back again - Aoife

Puerto Rico es muy tranquilo y bonito, tienen un centros comerciales nuevos con muchas tiendas de primer nivel y gran oferta gastronómica.
