This rural apartment is located within a rural cottage recognized for the quality of its welcome through various national awards (catalan clasification 4 spikes). It is ideal for a family who wants to relax in a private space with capacity for 5 people, or to rent the entire cottage, hosting groups of up to 35 people (for birthdays, weddings, seminars or yoga events).
Rural apartment located on the ground floor of one of the two Farmhouses of the 18th century, restored in six small and charming accommodations within the beautiful town of Llampaies, Alt Empordà-Costa Brava (Spain). These two farms offer independent rural accommodations, each apartment has bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and terrace. The 2 cottages are located in front of each other and in the middle of them is the garden and its ancient olive trees, surrounded by natural spaces.
At all times you can enjoy the great outdoor space, stroll through the farmhouses and rural accommodations, lose yourself in the corridors as if it were a labyrinth and a journey back in time, and when it is time to relax again in complete privacy you have your own space, admiring the landscapes while dreaming in total freedom, take advantage of the environment with friends and / or family.
The large farmhouse is divided into five rural apartments. The reception, the games room (table football,...) and the small shop of natural products are on the ground floor of the large farmhouse. The small farmhouse has three accommodations.
This accommodation has 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed of 180cm, another one with a 3 single beds, and two bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with bathtub and shower). The 2nd bedroom is accessible via the double bedroom or from outside the accommodation. There is a large living room (50m2) with fire place and rustical decoration. You get a big kitchen with everything you need (dish-washer, owen,...) to organize picnics or take-out food during your local excursions. The private terrace of 45m2 get a barbecue.
The 3100m2 farm is fenced and offers a rest space for adults (grass, ancient olive trees, barbecue, stone benches for outdoor meals, sun loungers in front of the pool, bicycle rental service, etc.) and an ideal space for children's enjoyment (fenced adult pool and pool for children under 6 years old, soccer goal, basketball net, ping pong table, chicken coop, etc.).
It is located between the towns of Girona (25km) and Figueres with its Dalí Museum (20km), 26km from Lake Banyoles, 18km from the beaches of the Costa Brava (l'Escala, Sant Martí d'Empúries), 47km away from the volcanic area of La Garrotxa, 35 minutes from the French border. It is at the heart of all the tourist activities in the region: gastronomy (local cooking tastings and classes), wine tourism (visit and tastings of the Alt Empordà wineries), local markets, water activities (canoe-kayak, kitesurfing, snorkeling), land activities (hiking, biking, via ferrata, climbing, golf), beaches, visits (monuments, caves, museums).
Catalonia applies a tourist tax, to be paid on arrival, of 1 euro per day and per person over 16 years old, with a limit of 7 days.
