Beautifully refurbished large apartment in the centre of Vilamoura, in a lively location, just a short walk to the marina on the fourth floor of this modern apartment block with lift access, and a large outdoor communal pool.

The apartment is fully furnished, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a balcony and has capacity for 4 people. It is approximately 100 m².

On the balcony are table and chairs. There is free wifi.

The apartment also has an iron, satellite television. refrigerator, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

The property is located just 800 m from Praia da Vilamoura sandy beach with lots of bars, restaurants and shops all close by. The golf courses of Victoria, Millennium and Laguna are just a short drive away.

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 36 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- 35 to 29 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- 28 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Pets not allowed.

The keys must be picked up during the above mentioned hours only.
