O apartamento tem uma boa localização e proporciona uma estada bastante confortável. A vista para a ribeira é de cortar a respiração. O serviço de acolhimento é bastante profissional e responsivo.

O preço para estadias longas devia ser ser ajustado para baixo pois a poupança em recursos logisticos e humanos deveria ser refletida na formação da tarifa.
