The accommodation is located only 5-minute walking distance from Santa Maria Golf and only 5-minute by car from the famous Nikki Beach. Shopping centre with variate restaurants also found only 600 meters from the apartment.
The community is gated and located in a beautiful and well maintained area with several fountains, 2 swimming pools and separate swimming area for children with lifeguard in the summer months.
The apartment is spacious with 115m2 and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is WIFI (600Mb) and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The master bedroom contains a double bed, large cabinet wall, bath en-suite with corner bath, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks and direct access to the terrace.
The 2 other bedrooms are found in the other side of the apartment in a separate department. One bedroom has two joined single beds (can be separated) and a wardrobe. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and cabinet. Both share a common bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The living room is spacious and includes a cozy TV corner with satellite TV. Beautiful and spacious round dining table for 6 people. There is access to corner terrace which has an exterior table with dining for 6 people and.
As the rest of the apartment the kitchen is spacious and includes oven, microwave, dishwasher. Furthermore, there is an adjoining laundry room with washing machine.
The apartment has a private parking space in community garage and extra free parking spaces are found outside, but still inside the gated community area.
Jardines de Santa Maria is a lovely community with beautiful gardens and many fountains. There are several small oases with benches where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the many fountains.
There is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and if you go a few hundred meters more, you find another small local shopping centre, restaurants, Scandinavian doctor / dentist, hairdresser, golf school, etc.
Nearest beach, a beautiful sandy beach is just 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment and in addition to the normal beach restaurants you also find the Nikki Beach, which is probably one of the most famous beach clubs in the world.
Santa Maria Golf & Country Club incl. 4 tennis courts, is located just a few hundred meters from the apartment and the area offers many good golf courses.
