This suite is located in downtown Lisbon near the famous Santa Justa lift. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in Lisbon. bedrooms and bathroom are private but the kitchen is shared with other suites. The flat is on the fourth floor. There are public transport, hospitals and supermarkets nearby.

The flat must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.

It is expressly forbidden to carry out the following activities: Smoking inside, Parties / Events, Pets.

Between 9pm and 8am is expressly forbidden the realization of noise having to be respected the Law of noise, as provided by law.

The time of entry into the flat must be arranged in advance, if you do not confirm your arrival time you will have to wait for availability to check in.

Booking conditions

Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 16 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
