The accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright ground floor apartment is 57m2 and is decorated in an exclusive Mediterranean design. The house has a beautiful bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to 3 people.
It has a nice living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, Smart TV and double glazed doors that open onto a wonderful terrace. On the terrace, you can enjoy an outside table to eat, hammocks to relax, plants and direct access to the garden and the community pool. The open concept living room communicates with a dining area with a large table and chairs, and with the American kitchen that has glass doors to close it. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. In addition, the apartment offers a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a nice bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dressing room. The entire house has free Wi-Fi and ducted air conditioning and heat. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.

Even closer, just 500m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar l" and the promenade that reaches the Port. The town of Jávea is 3 km away and the "ALC" airport is 101 km away.
