Charming holiday apartment at the Pueblo Evita urbanización with an excellent location only 500m to the beach of Benalmádena and with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is TV. There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture, BBQ (charcoal) and sunbeds. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
There is 3 bedrooms:
The 1st bedroom contains 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom contains a double bed and a wardrobe.
There is Wi-Fi and air-condition throughout the apartment.
Within the urbanización, there is a community swimming pool available from mid-March to the end of October. Additionally, there is a shared pool on the roof of the complex, open only during the summer months. The urbanización also features a Club house café/pizzaria and Sam's sports bar, where you can enjoy darts, billiards, and various sports channels, especially football matches. Please note that some of these activities must be paid for.
Due to the great location you have everything within walking distance and there is only a couple of 100 meters to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. There is also tennis and paddle tennis courts 150 away, but this is not included in the urbanización.
The beach is only 400 meters away and here you will also be able to find restaurants where you can enjoy several good meals.
The nearest train station is located only 1 km away and this makes it possible to get forth and back from Málaga Airport, so a rental car is not needed.
Attractions such as Park Paloma with the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium (500 m), Cable car which can take you to the mountains (1 km) and Puerta Marina (2,5 km), is within walking distance.
A nice holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.
