Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L’emplacement est top, la maison est très propre, le jardin très bien entretenu. On a rencontré un petit soucis d’électricité, les propriétaires sont arrivés très rapidement et le problème a été vite résolu , ils ont été d’une gentillesse incroyable et ils ont même branché une rallonge chez les voisins afin que nous puissions nous doucher avant notre sorti au restaurant. Nous avons également envoyé un message car il était noté dans l’annonce qu’il y avait une enceinte que nous n’avons pas trouvé , 2h après nous avions une enceinte à la maison. Je ne peux que vous recommander de louer cette maison .

Merveilleux souvenir dans cette villa : parfaitement équipée, notamment pour vivre à 7 adultes un max à l'extérieur comme on aime en vacances, magnifique jardin arboré, super piscine. Quartier très calme, et à la fois possible de faire beaucoup de choses à pied ce qui est souvent incompatible d'habitude : très appréciable (épicerie à deux rues, bar pieds dans le sable (Hopi) à 8mn à pied...) le rêve ! Un restaurant nous a particulièrement marqués, à faire absolument pour les amateurs de goûts fins et subtils : sakundi bar & kitchen Le Cami de Cavalls est fantastique pour randonner. Hâte de revenir

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans La villa qui est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Tout est réunis pour passer un séjour d exception, la piscine est très agréable et ensoleillée toute la journée , les chambres très confortables, le jardin bien entretenu et paisible avec pleins de jolis oiseaux. La communication avec l agence a été très fluide de A à Z, ils font tout pour vous aider et faire en sorte que votre séjour soit un sans faute ! Un panier gourmand généreux est fourni, bref un sans faute ! De plus vous êtes a peine à 15 minutes en voiture de Ciutadella, une jolie crique est même accessible à pied, des petits supermarchés sont accessibles à pied également ! Bref je pourrais écrire un roman sur cet endroit magnifique ! Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrais pour sure lors d un prochain séjour minorquais !

Très confortable avec une jolie piscine. L’environnement est un peu urbanisé mais le jardin reste très agréable.

La casa es perfecta, con todos los servicios necesarios y todas las comodidades. A destacar especialmente la limpieza en la que nos la encontramos. Muy buena ubicación ya la vez, muy tranquila. Para repetir sin duda!

Great Villa in good location - can walk to shops and restaurants and beaches! Pool is great and set in a lovely garden. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this villa in July 25 for one week with a group of 7 people. It has absolutely everything you need. The Pool is kept spotless, The Pool man comes at 0700 every day and cleans the tiles and checks chemicals. The villa is detached with beautiful gardens all round. The outside shower is perfect to cool off in the heat. The outside area is superb with a huge parasol that winds out to give shade, sofas, tables, chairs everything for a group of 7. They really have thought of everything The Aircon in each bedroom works perfectly and was essential as it was 37 degrees outside. We asked for a late checkout and we were very lucky it was available. The agent was very nice and helpful and replied to our email very quickly. I really cannot fault anything at all. It's a very easy 5 stars Thankyou so much for everything Regards Chris & Family

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of friends—spacious, clean, and in great shape. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight, with a large pool, a lovely garden, and a comfy porch for relaxing. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming—they even left us a basket of treats when we arrived, which was such a nice touch.

A beautiful villa, very spacious for a group of 4 friends. The villa was well furnished and equipped with a lovely outdoor area and a great sized pool which was kept spotlessly clean. The management company were extremely responsive when we contacted them about a minor issue with hot water and came out immediately to solve the problem.

Lovely Villa positioned walking distance from both beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Superb pool area which we very much enjoyed. Ciutadella is well worth a visit being a 5minute taxi ride way costing 8 euros. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back again in the future.

Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer.go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too.

We had an amazing stay at this place and will definitely be back. Had everything we needed, great location to explore, pool was amazing and really beautiful setting- will definitely be back. Host was also really responsive and helped with specific requests we had. 10/10!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in this villa. We didn't need the entire place for just the two of us, but it was such a great value with the pool that it was a better option than anything we were finding oceanside and with plenty of room.

Casa accogliente, pulita, con un ottimo kit di benvenuto, abbiamo trovato olio, aceto, sale, caffè, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie.

We enjoyed being able to walk to a local beach, supermarket, play ground and a couple of nice cafes. One particularly nice restaurant near the supermarket too. We travelled with our infant daughter and they provided everything we needed (extra cutlery/plates/bibs etc). BBQ and pool were both lovely. Having a separate bathroom and bedroom downstairs was great for travelling with our parents. The pool was cleaned throughout our stay and our towels and sheets were also changed.

Prachtig huis aan de rand van het dorp, dicht bij het strand. Het huis heeft een hele mooie tuin. Ook de supermarkt om de hoek is fijn.

Villa a described, quiet area close to beaches. Manageable without a car. Would return!

La villa es exactamente como en las fotos, preciosa. Muy limpia, cómoda, con mucho menaje. Las camas muy cómodas, los baños amplios. A 7 minutos en coche del Ciudadella. Repetiríamos sin duda

A wonderful house in a quiet cul de sac. Very peaceful but close to the City by car. We found it very relaxing, perfect.

Great location, ideal for families, we have 2 kids 5&2 and we had a great time, highly recommended

We’ve had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house exceeded our expectations. It is spatial, clean and a very, very nice place to stay. We definitely enjoyed the garden and swimming pool. The location of the apartment is good as well. Renting a car is recommended to explore the island an easily go to Ciutadella for some sightseeing and a nice place to eatdrink. Cala en Blanes is quiet and has some interesting restaurants as well (Coral for instance).

La ubicación no está mal para poder ir a las calas más cercanas que son las mejores. Puestos a que se debe coger coche (si se viene en avión hay que alquilar) para todo, que mejor que hacer desde ahí. En avión bien pero cogiendo el ferry mejor ya que llegan a la propia ciudadela y no tener que cruzar toda la isla.

Excellent communication from start to finish from MauterVilla’s. The villa was beautiful and well appointed. Pool was spotless and cleaned 3 times during our 1 week stay! Appreciated the beautifully made up cots for our children. Welcome pack was fantastic. We had an issue with the safe in the villa and the maintenance guy came round within 30mins to fix it - very impressive service. 5 minute walk to the local beach which was excellent for the children. Local supermarket had everything we needed. Little play park at the end of the road came in handy. Used the bus to Cuitadella a number of times which was cheap and efficient. Taxi back from the city late at night were only about €10. The neighbouring area of Los Delfines is rather run down and grotty but we knew that in advance and no need to go there. We did walk through it to get to Coral Menorca restaurant which was superb - highly recommend a sunset dinner here.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, super Pool, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, um die Insel zu erkunden ist ein Mietauto zu empfehlen, Busverbindungen gibt es aber ebenfalls. Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und Beschreibungen.

La casa está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El pack de estropajo y demás productos es algo que aunque no es costoso de comprar, se valora como un gran detalle. Al igual que las pastillas del lavavajillas, lavadora … las toallas de la piscina. Es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable y muy buena atención. La casa en general es espaciosa y con buen gusto.
