Mais papel higiênico e material de limpeza, informar melhor sobre os itens que estarão na localidade como marca da máquina de café, que a churrasqueira é a gás, que é recomendado repelente e inseticida devido as vespas e moscas que foram muitas que apareceram, sugiro procurar que deve ter algum foco na casa ao lado.
A falta de água quente foi um ponto crítico pois sete pessoas tomaram banho e as demais ficaram sem a água quente, claramente o termo aquecedor não suporta todas as banheiras e banhos propostos, este alerta tb é importante antes da hospedagem.

O serviço de limpeza para entrega da casa foi consideravelmente melhor, assim como a limpeza durante a semana.
De qualquer forma, sugiro melhorarem a limpeza nos detalhes (interior do forno, armários, etc.)
O serviço de apoio da Sra Tânia, Sra Albertina, etc é excelente!

This villa is one of he best we have stayed in. Plenty of space, games room, superb air con and the swimming pool perfect. Located at the end of a no through road so very peaceful and relaxing. Beach with its restaurants very close, adults can walk it, we used the car for the small kids in under 3 minutes! Within a 10 minutes car trip to the shops and other restaurants. Surrounded by golf courses, villa Valentina we will be back.

Seashell has provided very good service during our week here. This is a very nice choise for a big familygroup of friends. Short walk to the beach and close to Vilamoura and a lot of restaurants.

The villa numbering system out there is not as logical as assumed so took a little while for our taxi driver to find it, perhaps would be good to include some more detailed directions RE this on the site?

It is also ideally located for day trips (as the ferry is nearby). We liked the size of the house and made great use of the good quality BBQ and the available sun beds.

Compared to other rental properties it could do with a small upgrade of certain items see comments under "value". And there were no wine glasses :-). Also it might be a local thing...plus

Also it might be a local thing but we did miss some proper showers in the bathrooms. (the one on the ground floor had 2 showers but they had to be handheld). The outdoor shower did not work which would have been nice. Perhaps we overlooked it but it would be nice to have some instructions available in garbage disposalshops, restaurants etc.
A bit more modernizing of the interior and equipment would make this a real start property (f.e. there were bedsheets which had been amended, the fridge door opened constantly but we managed to fix it, the coffee machine was leaking,...).
It was as if the house had not been occupied for a while, it was not a major issue but the cleanliness could have been better

We had a fantastic stay, the villa was a great size, everything we needed was there. The location was ideal too, the area was very quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to return to the villa and the area.
