Bienvenue à votre escapade parfaite à Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ! Notre bâtiment magnifiquement rénové comprend trois charmantes maisons de vacances indépendantes, chacune avec un design unique combinant élégance moderne et confort douillet.
Notre logement, "La Vigía", est un spacieux refuge au premier étage (sans ascenseur) offrant 103 m² d'espace de vie élégant pour jusqu'à 5 personnes. Sortez sur votre balcon privé, équipé de table et chaises, et savourez une boisson rafraîchissante tout en profitant de l'air frais.
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. La maison comprend trois chambres soigneusement meublées : une grande chambre principale avec un lit double, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits individuels et une troisième chambre polyvalente avec un lit gigogne qui se transforme en deux lits individuels ou un lit individuel. Le salon dispose d'une cuisine américaine avec des appareils modernes, comprenant une plaque vitrocéramique, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un four, un congélateur, un lave-linge, un sèche-linge et tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas préférés.
Pour votre confort, nous offrons un Wi-Fi illimité, la climatisation partout, deux Smart TV, un fer à repasser et un sèche-cheveux. Que vous soyez là pour des vacances courtes ou un séjour plus long, vous aurez tous les conforts de la maison à portée de main.
Située à seulement 550 mètres de la magnifique plage de Las Canteras et derrière le pittoresque parc La Luz, notre propriété est parfaitement située pour explorer la vie animée de la ville. Vous trouverez des supermarchés, des magasins et une large gamme de restaurants, bars et cafés à proximité. Le parc de Santa Catalina, à 15 minutes à pied, offre un accès aux lignes de bus qui relient les attractions de l'île, y compris le charmant village de Teror et le luxuriant Parc Naturel de Tamadaba.

We had a really good 4-week stay here, we loved the close proximity to the beach and the fast wifi allowed us to work remotely. There aren’t many reviews so we would like to lay out honest feedback for future stays. Pros: location is great, wifi, size of the flat, amenities, reasonable cost Cons: noisy master bedroom as close to the road, single bedroom has no outside window, hot water tank is small so hot water runs out quickly, living room window is tinted and very few utensils. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend it given the price. :)

We are frequent visitors of LPA and we do stay between 15 and 30 days usually. We´ve changed many apartments so far and this is the first time we used Canarias Gateway apartments as a proxy. Honestly, this is by far the best place we´ve stayed. The place is a rather big one and has every single thing you might need. Including plastic vacuum bowls for food storage, for instance. Believe me that there is nothing you can complain about. Every single appliance you might need is already there. The service was excellent. I've never met any of the employees, but they were there on WhatsApp all the time. Iván was there to answer every question we had in a matter of minutes. Any time of the day. In case you are contemplating renting a car, you have two very good parking solutions. One garage is very close, a 2-minute walk, and another big parking is across the highway (use the overpass) 6-7 minutes walk. It might be a longer walk, but the parking is much cheaper for longer stays. And most importantly you don't need to circle around. There is always a lot of free space (Pro tip in regards to the parking: Port gate is closed. Do not follow the navigation. Follow the street signs (Google maps are not yet updated). To sum up, I´m definitely coming back. My wife´s endless days of browsing for an apartment on Booking are over. From now on, I´m only calling Iván. Thank you Canarias Gateway !

Good music to wake up with (along with the drilling machine noise). But anyway, soundproofing is excellent so you should just close the window.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at El Vigia. The apartment was immaculate. It's spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The balcony was an added bonus to sit out and catch the evening sun. The roof top terrace was also excellent - well equipped and a perfect little sun trap.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again our check out Getaway's other properties.

Nothing - communication was excellent and we were so grateful you let us stay longer after check out so we didn't have to carry our luggage around all day due to our late flight!
