Breakfast service was well worth doing, all delivered to your door each morning fresh. Would highly recommend and would love to go back and stay again!

In the Ribeira district one block from the busy riverfront - however, you'd never know high up in this relatively quiet massive two-story apartment. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. All rooms with A/C and heat. The staircase in the middle is grand and impressive. Hosts were very responsive to questions. One of the rooms does get a bit more noise from the street than the others, but still acceptable. On our last day the elevator was not working, but that's no fault of the hosts - they did try to get it fixed in a timely fashion, but we did have take our luggage down the 4 flights of stairs. The exposed old walls are a beautiful touch to a modern and tastefully renovated space. We had ample room for our two families - I am sure three families would also be very comfortable here in this 4 bedroom 5 full bathroom two story penthouse. Saeed (United Kingdom)
