The apartment appears exclusive with an extra eye for great design and nice details.
The apartment differs from many other holiday homes with its beautiful and practical terraces. There is both an open sun terrace with loungers and outside sofa and a covered terrace.
The covered terrace has glass curtains, which converts the terrace to a second living room that can be utilized year round.
The terraces are lovely furnished with 2 dining tables and there is a bright, welcoming and friendly environment.
Inside you find the livingroom which includes a comfortable couch environment with armchairs, TV corner and full TV package including Scandinavian channels (DK, NO, SE), dining table with seatings for 6 persons.
There are two spacious master bedrooms: Both contain a double bed, wall unit, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with both tub, shower, hairdryer.
The apartment is ideal for 4 people but an extra sleeps can be made on the sofa bed on the enclosed terrace.
In addition, there is a great hall with cabinet wall and guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stands as the rest of the apartment really beautiful, and includes oven, microwave, dishwasher and small dining table. There is access to a utility room with washing machine and a good place to put away the suitcases during the stay.
There are only 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket and if you go a few hundred meters more, you come to a small local shopping mall with restaurants, Scandinavian doctor / dentist, hair dresser, golf school, etc.
The nearest beach is only 15 minutes walk and is a nice sandy beach, and in addition to the normal beach restaurants you find Nikki Beach, which is probably one of the most famous beach clubs in the world.
Santa Maria Golf & Contry Club inluding 4 tenis courts is just a few hundred meters from the apartment and the area offers a lot of great golf courses.
There are great shopping possibilities in Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malaga.
