The special thing about this apartment is the very large terrace, which is partially covered and well equipped with terrace furniture, sunbeds, parasol, large gas grill and since the terrace is the place you properly will stay most of the time, there is also an outdoor TV installed.
Inside, the home is decorated in a charming relaxed and comfortable style with dining table space, TV corner with satellite TV with large TV package that i.a. contains Scandinavian and European channels. There is also a separate space for home office.
The kitchen is connected with the living room and is fully furnished with i.a. oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
The holiday home contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

Reserva del Higueron has its own Country and Spa Club (Reserva del Higueron Sport Club & Nagomi Spa) which is a luxury spa and wellness center with fitness center, tennis- and paddle courts approximately a 5-minutes’ walk from the house. The area is guarded by a private security firm, and it is a safe and quiet area, which is why many of Malaga's business elite, sports stars and others are living in this particular area.
There is a shopping centre at the entrance to Reserva del Higueron, which includes Carrefour Supermarket, newsagent, hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurants, Spanish tapas bars, and if this is not enough, a FREE train pick-up service runs up and down to the seafront for the residents of the area.
A brisk walk from the house or a short drive will either take you to the sea front, where you can enjoy the lively nightlife, or dine at one of the many good restaurants, or lead you to Benalmádena Pueblo. The Pueblo is a picturesque Spanish village located slightly retracted in the mountain area, where you can see and feel the old and authentic Spain and capture a sense of the area's Moorish and Andalusian history and enjoy the small pueblo's many cosy eating places.
If you play golf, some of the world's best golf courses are within a radius of a 10-minutes’ drive from the house, which is why the area also is known as the Costa del Golf. Further, the coastal train from Malaga airport stops at the foot of the area, so you can easily get back and forth, even if you do not have a rental car.
