The apartment is on 240m2 is decorated exclusive with an attractive décor for 6 people with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The special thing about this apartment is definitely the large terrace on 60m2, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the natural park behind Resina Golf and Country Club.
The terrace is beautifully furnished, with dining area for 6 people, XL gas grill, awning and comfortable lounge area with outdoor sofa and 2 sunbeds. In addition, there is a small private terrace to the master bedroom, conveniently furnished with a table and two chairs. There is direct access to the terrace from the bedrooms and the living room, except Master Bedroom with access to private terrace.
With 300 sunny days in Andalusia the large terrace and its décor is a large plus.
Inside, there is also plenty of space, and the whole apartment appears very bright and welcoming.
The living room is beautiful furnished with comfortable sofa corner with white leather sofa, flat screen TV (60 inches), TV box with multiple language channels such as DK, N, SE, DE, UK, IT, ES, RUS etc., wireless internet. Desk space and nice dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and related larder with washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms in the sleeping area:
1. Master bedroom. Adjustable elevation beds, TV(60 inches), built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom en-suite with bath, private terrace.
2. Bedroom. Double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace.
3. Bedroom. Double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace.
In the hallway there is another bathroom with tub and hairdryer.
The apartment is location in a new and beautiful area in Golf Hills between Marbella and Estepona and La Resina Golf & Country Club is only a few hundred meteres down the road and you can spot it from the terrace.
The community is beautiful and well maintained and there is access to a nice pool area with sunbeds, parasols and free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, there is access to the paddle tennis and private parking.
In the apartment is also a weekend bed and high chair for your free disposal.
There are plenty of good and well-known golf courses in the area of varying difficulty and entry levels.
As Resina Golf & Country Club is new, they offer that you can play without green card and there is no handicap at this track.
The are several lovely beaches to choose from on the stretch between Marbella and Estepona and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes by car from the Golf Hills.
For a more exclusive beach experience, Laguna Beach is recommended, which is located right before Estepona.
There is plenty to explore in the area and we would recommend Gibraltar about 1 hour drive. Puerto Banus about 20 minutes. Marbella's old and charming town about 30 minutes.
A nice apartment with good space, suitable for stays at any time of the year.

Superb apartment, exactly as described! Excellent customer service -Michael was most helpful when I made initial enquiry and later when I needed help with booking. Great timely communication. Beatrice was very patient while waiting to receive us. There was language barrier, but she was eager to help. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay. I can't fault the apartment. The gated access and secure garage were very reassuring. I can only think of a couple of negative points: a) the pool is on the small side and opens at 9.30am and b) there was no safe in the apartment. One other suggestion is to change the description to reflect the fact that there is no coffee machine in the property. All in all we had a lovely time at this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it! Thanks

Security safe. Our flight was @ 15.05, but we had to vacate the property by 10am. Check out at 11am would have been more convenient Would have been more convenient.
