Charming apartment located near the 'Golden Mile' in Marbella with a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with a Scandinavian touch and contains everything you need for a lovely holiday. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, kitchen, living room, 3 terraces.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. From the kitchen there is direct access to a terrace facing northwest, and there is a dining table and a grill (charcoal). The living room is in extension of the kitchen, which contains a dining table, and a cosy sofa area with TV and Chromecast. There is direct access to the second terrace which is facing south-east and there is lounge furniture and sunbeds. Here it is possible to enjoy meals at all times of the day and at the same time enjoy the beautiful views of the nearby mountains and the Mediterranean.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The first bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a terrace with sun loungers.
The second bedroom has 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large southeast facing terrace.
There is Wi-Fi (Fiber) and air-condition throughout the apartment.
Within the urbanización there are 2 communal swimming pools which are open all year round and there will be sunbeds and umbrellas available.
The area is used by many golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances. The nearest is Club de Golf Marbella and it is approx. 3 km away.
In addition to the many nearby golf courses, it is also possible to use the surrounding mountain landscape for cycling, and Marbella and Puerto Banus also offer many different attractions.
A nice holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.
