The Accommodation

On the main floor, which is accessed directly from the street, the villa offers a bright living room with a large modular sofa to relax on, air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows in the living room give access to a wonderful terrace with a hammock, chairs and sea views, from which you go up to the wonderful solarium with a chill out area with a Balinese bed and incredible views. Next to the living room, the open space gives way to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with a breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and kitchen utensils. On this same floor there is one of the toilets and a double room with an en-suite bathroom. The second toilet and the other three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, are located on the lower floor. All bedrooms have queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar de Jávea, a shearing residential area and next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala Portixol" just 4 km away, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant Restaurante "Mirador de Jávea" at 1 kilometer and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" at 700m.
