Charming Spanish townhouse in Cerros del Aguila.
The house is a total of 95 m2 with terrace area and garden.
Ground floor:
Small hall, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Toilet with shower. Bright living room with a comfortable sofa corner, TV, High speed Wi-Fi. Dining table. There is direct access to furnished terrace with table and chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and garden bench.
First floor:
First floor is also the sleeping area with a total of 3 bedrooms and bathroom with tub.
- 2 joined single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, private furnished balcony.
- 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning.
- Double sofa bed, wardrobe, air conditioning.
There is an additional folding bed which can be set up for a total of 7 guests in the house.
At the top floor, you will find a beautifully furnished roof terrace with outdoor table and chairs for 4 people and a sun bed and there is a lovely view to the Mijas Mountains.
At the entrance to the residence is a nice front terrace with table chairs and an outdoor closet for the washing machine.
Cerros del Aguila is a small settlement with a local grocery store, restaurant and a large community area with a swimming pool and children's pool, which is accessible from May to October. Tennis and playground are available year round.
Cerros del Aguila is located half an hour from Malaga airport and is a short driving distance to the nearest town, Fuengirola. There are golf courses on both sides of the urbanization and the large shopping center Miramar with lots of specialty stores are also in a short drive range from the house.
NOTE: Own car or rental car; essential! There is a local bus service M156 Las Lagunas - Centro Commercial - Cerros del Aguila.

Alt i dette hus er perfekt, efter vores mening. Der var ikke én ting der manglede, alt var der og i den bedste stand. Vi følte os så godt tilpas, at vi faktisk i to omgange købte sommerblomster hos gartneren og på markedet. Det har vi aldrig følt trang til andre steder, så det var med vemod vi drog hjemad efter fire uger i Cerros, med håbet om at helbred og alt flasker sig så vi kan vende tilbage, måske allerede næste år.
En pudsig oplevelse: Den meget venlige og hjælpsomme service medarbejder, der tog imod os, vil gerne indtaste WiFi koderne for os, da passwordet var meget langt og det fik han så lov til på min kones telefon. Efter mere end 30 år i IT-branchen, mente jeg nok, at det kunne jeg sagtens selv klare. Jeg skulle blive klogere, efter utallige forsøg over flere dage ville det ikke lykkes, men så pludselig en formiddag, hvor jeg havde brugt min telefon som hotspot for PC, iPad osv. kom jeg til at se grundigere på koden. Andet tegn i passwordet var ikke et e men et c. Lille detalje stor virkning.
Læren er: lad den flinke mand hjælpe jer eller puds brillerne grundigt inden I begiver jer ud mellem IT-junglens fald grupper.
