If you want to explore Cuitadella and the surrounding region this is the perfect place. Felt like away from the bustle of the normal tourist area… so close to all the bars, shopping and restaurants and the beautiful harbour. Great villa which was perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

Ideal location, very clean, very nice, ideal for a family of 4-5 people. Very easy to find the house and keys, so no worries if there was no one to welcome us physically. Overall we loved the place and highly recommend it.

We had some issue with neighbors being noisy but the agency managed that issue quickly. The agency does not answer if you have minor issues on a Sunday.

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est spacieux, bien équipé (électroménager, vaisselle ...) et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons loué en fin d'année et le chauffage est tout à fait confortable. La situation est excellente, dans le quartier ancien et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et du port. Service attentif et dynamique de l'agence. En résumé un logement à recommander. Nous songeons déjà à y retourner.

El desagüe de la ducha para evitar que el agua salga del espacio que ocupa y no entre en la habitación.

The town house was absolutely lovely - it was exactly as described. It was super clean and ideal for a week's vacation. There is a nice big free (I think) car park nearby called Parking Es Pla - it was just a big open space by the harbour. The car can get a bit dusty, but just take it for a wash before handing back. There are other free bays nearby but they do disappear quick. The location is perfect for exploring Ciutadella. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. They made a lovely gesture by leaving us some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Menorca.

Loved this home in a great location, well equipped and outfitted with exceptional lighting and renovation to an old building. Thoroughly modernized and very comfortable. Mauter Villa team was extremely responsive and helpful. As seasoned travellers, we have never received such a generous and tasty welcome basket which we thoroughly enjoyed and which introduced us to the delights of Menorca. My only complaint about this particular rental is that it lacks a view but we knew that going in and very few old city homes have one.

There is a free parking lot by the marinajust outside of town (8 minute) walk. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating welcoming us with a gift basket of local food.

Our visit to Menorca was amazing and this spacious, lovely home contributed to that. It is centrally located - easy access to everything in beautiful Ciutadella. The gift basket was really appreciated as we arrived hungry. The beach set up - umbrella and towels were great. We got a car for our trip so we could visit the rest of the island on our time. We will definitely stay here again.
