The penthouse is located in the newly built and modern complex Calaceite just outside of Torrox Costa, only a half hour drive from Malaga.
TERRACES:
The apartment has a unique 90m2 terrace which in both the east and west part is nicely furnished with dining table for 6 people. There are also a lounge area, 2 sunbeds and a sunblind. The terrace surrounds a great part of the apartment and you have the possibility to find either sun or shade the most part of the day.
INSIDE:
There are 2 bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms contain a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the terrace.
There is a nice living room with high ceilings and extra windows for nice and pleasant light. Comfortable sofa area with a sofa bed for 2 extra sleeps and the total and maximum of 6 sleeps. The fully equipped kitchen is in open plan with the living room and dining room. The lounge area includes flat screen, satellite TV, DVD, free wireless internet access and centrally controlled air conditioning. The whole apartment is modern and well equipped for an extra comfortable stay.
COMMUNITY AREA:
The community area includes no less than 2 swimming pool areas which also include children’s pool, sunbeds and parasols.
Private parking space in the underground car park.
When you want more than 'just' spoil yourself!
PLEASE NOTE, that some development works are being carried out in the area. It may occasionally be possible to hear it during your stay. However, this has been taken into account when pricing the apartment.

Nous avons du changer de location,la location ci dessus est celle que nous avons testée en 2016 et qui était parfaite.

L'agence est très bien. Et l'accueil très professionnel, ils sont très disponibles en cas de problème.
Par contre tous les appartements ne sont pas du même niveau de prestations.
