The penthouse is located in the newly built and modern complex Calaceite just outside of Torrox Costa, only a half hour drive from Malaga.
TERRACES:
The apartment has a unique 90m2, 3-in-1 terrace which is nicely furnished with a dining table in the first part, lovely outdoor lounge area in the middle part, well-equipped BBQ area with outdoor kitchen consisting of charcoal grill, gas grill, sink, refrigerator and dining table. The outside area furthermore includes 2 sunbeds and sunshades. The terraces surrounds a great part of the apartment and you have the possibility to find either sun or shade the most part of the day.
INSIDE:
There are 2 bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with TV and bath en suite. Both bedrooms contain a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the terrace. There is a nice living room with high ceilings and extra windows for nice and pleasant light. There is also an extra room, which is separated from the living room by a curtain (no door). This room contains a bunk bed with 2 extra beds and dresser.

Comfortable sofa area with sofa bed for 2 extra beds and this gives a total of up to 8 sleeps.The fully equipped kitchen is in open plan with the living room and dining room. The lounge area includes flat screen, satellite TV, DVD, free wireless internet access and centrally controlled air conditioning. The whole apartment is modern and well equipped for an extra comfortable stay.
COMMUNITY AREA:
The community area includes no less than 2 swimming pool areas which also include children’s pool, sunbeds and parasols.
Private parking space in the underground car park.
