The luxury penthouse apartment is on 180m2 distributed on 2 floors with 2 large terraces facing the stunning view of Nueva Andalucia, the mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The lower-level terrace is nicely furnished with an outdoor sofa lounge, dining area, sun beds, BBQ and jacuzzi. Usage of the Jacuzzi comes with an additional charge not included in the reservation price.
The upper-level terrace is also nicely furnished with both lounge and dining area and includes a hammock for a relaxing time.
The interior of the apartment is contemporary furnished with high quality furniture throughout the apartment for a homely feeling and is ideal for both vacation and work.
Living room contains comfortable airconditioned sofa area with Wi-Fi, Apple TV and large Smart TV with 100+ TV channels and possibility for streaming from your favorite movie providers like Netflix, HBO etc.

High quality kitchen is fully equipped with oven, micro-oven, dish washer, kettle, toaster, both Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee machine, food processer etc.
The penthouse apartment has 3 airconditioned bedrooms all with quality double beds, bath en-suite, wardrobe. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and have private access to the upper terrace.
2 extra sleeps can be made on IKEA folding beds in the living room for the total of 8 sleeps (maximum 6 adults).
The apartment also provides: Baby cot and highchair (0-2 yrs.), hair dryer, washing machine, iron, safe. Private parking is provided community garage in the basement of the building.
The community area is beautifully kept with green areas and palm trees. You have access to a great pool area with community pool sun beds and shade.
There is a great selection of golf courses and restaurants within a few kilometers and only within 5 minutes drive from the penthouse.
Local grocery stores within 2 km or larger shopping center and more shopping possibilities are found in Puerto Banus which is only a 10 minute drive. Nearest beach is Playa Puerto Banus.
The old charming and historical part of Marbella Center is worth a visit. It offers a big variety of shops and restaurants.
I you wish to go on day trips, there is even more to explore from Alhambra in Granada (also a must), English Gibraltar (Do not forget your passport), charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.
The apartment is approximately 60 km from Malaga Airport - Costa del Sol (AGP). Car hire or own car is highly recommended.
