Charming holiday apartment in Vime Resort Reserva de Marbella near Cabopino marina. The holiday home is built in two floors and has three terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfect for two to four people who would like a traditional sun and beach holiday in quiet surroundings, or would like to play golf at one of the many golf courses which are all in world class and close by.
On the ground floor there is a cozy terrace both in front and behind the house, and the nicely furnished living room is in connection with the open kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with Chromecast, satellite channels and internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. You have access to the terrace behind the house, from which there is a path system up to the community swimming pool area, indoor pool with spa and sauna, fitness and not least restaurant, snack bar and bar.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed, good closet space, air conditioning, and TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large lovely south facing sun terrace with a beautiful view of the Marbesa quarter and the Mediterranean Sea. Cabopino Marina is one of the most charming beaches of the Costa del Sol, located only approx. A 15 minute walk from the holiday townhouse and restaurants on the marina and along the coast is a good alternative to the hotel.
Some of the nearest golf courses are Cabopino Golf, Mijas Golf Club, Marbella Golf Country Club and others. You have a small 15 minute drive to Marbella and approx. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Here you will find a lovely holiday home that can be used all year round.
Note I: It is recommended to rent a car or drive your own car to the holiday home. Free parking right at the house.
Note II: As a result of Covid19, sauna, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym facilities will be closed until the situation is normalized.
Note III: New rules for the Community Areas have been applied due to Covid19:
1.-. From December 20, 2021, a COVID Certificate is required for access to hospitality and nightlife establishments.
2nd. From December 18, 2021, the capacity and schedules will be those established by the municipal regulations for each establishment.
3rd. From December 18, 2021, ventilation must continue to be adequate in enclosed spaces.
4th. From December 18, 2021, special vigilance is required to maintain the greatest possible interpersonal distance.
