This beautiful, modern and bright apartment has 95m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 5 people.
The apartment, distributed on one level, offers a fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The living room has an elegant dining table and a comfortable chaise longue sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a wonderful large terrace with a dining table,and views of the pool.
The accommodation consists of a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom with two single beds. It also has another bathroom with shower.
In the common areas you can find three communal swimming pools, for adults and children, impressive lawned gardens and a gym. The residence is very quiet and is located just 5 minutes walk from the Arenal beach.
