Villa de 3 dormitorios de nueva construcción ubicada en Areeiro, de 5 a 10 minutos tanto de Loulé como de Almancil. Casa familiar muy cómoda con piscina privada y jardín privado, gran exterior y zona de barbacoa.
Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 4 baños, configurados de la siguiente manera:
• Planta Baja – Dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y baño privado;
• 1er Piso – Dormitorio con cama doble y baño privado;
• 1er Piso – Dormitorio con cama doble y baño privado con bañera;
• Planta Baja – Aseo
Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado.
La cocina es moderna y totalmente equipada, tiene mesa y sillas para comidas ligeras y también lavadero. Una puerta corredera permite la entrada de luz natural en la cocina y proporciona acceso directo al comedor exterior, junto a la piscina.
El amplio salón está equipado con aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana con canales del Reino Unido (BBC1-4, ITV, etc…), reproductor de DVD, varias películas y una videoconsola WII con algunos juegos. También hay acceso a Internet a través de Wi-Fi.
La parcela es completamente privada y cerrada por todas partes. Es apropiado y seguro para los niños. Hay algunas áreas de césped que también son excelentes para los niños y un piso de cerámica que rodea la piscina, muchas tumbonas y asientos al aire libre para que pueda disfrutar del sol y el aire fresco.
La piscina tiene unos 8 metros de largo por 4 metros de ancho y con una profundidad de entre 1 metro por la escalera y 2 metros en la parte más profunda. Suministramos climatización de piscina 48h antes de la llegada, con un coste adicional este servicio se presta entre marzo y octubre.
El comedor al aire libre tiene una mesa de buen tamaño y sillas cómodas y se sirve con una barbacoa de carbón. En general, el exterior está bien presentado y es muy privado.
Hay aparcamiento privado en el garaje situado en el sótano.

We have had a chilling holiday in Casa no Sol. This villa is very comfortable, with a very new equipped kitchen, which was a boom for us as we did a lot of home cooking. We would recommend this villa to our friends as is very comfortable & home from home.
We did visit a few places & used uber which was very efficient.
Thank you so much for having us as we had a great time. We wont hesitate to come again & recommend to our friends.

We were originally due to fly out to the Algarve in early June 2020 having booked with Seashell, clearly, the global pandemic put paid to that! The flexibility and understanding that Seashell demonstrated at a time business must have been extremely worrying was amazing, they could not have been more professional or more flexible, moving us to this June initially but then moving us again in February to September when things were looking difficult again, they really were outstanding! So, to the holiday itself, we were met at the Villa by one of the representatives who was bright and welcoming and were shown around what was an immaculate villa, tastefully fitted, well-appointed with every amenity you could want in a holiday villa, everywhere was spotless, including the pool and the gardens. The villa itself is set back from quite a busy road, however, the quality of the windows was such that it wasn't really a problem and in the garden at the back around the pool, you don't get any noise pollution anyway. During the stay, we had a couple of very minor issues which were promptly dealt with by the Seashell team. The Seashell team made us feel really welcome, they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! In summary, we had a fabulous holiday and I could not recommend Seashell enough, I will certainly be booking through them again in the future! Thank you Seashell!

Casa no sol is situated about 20 minuets from Faro airport, between the lovely traditional town of Loule and Almancil, Almancil is literally within nipping distance and is the plac...ver más
Casa no sol is situated about 20 minuets from Faro airport, between the lovely traditional town of Loule and Almancil, Almancil is literally within nipping distance and is the place to find your closest supermarkets etc. We wanted a three bedroom property where all the bedrooms were nice and the villa really delivers on this, all bedrooms are ensuite, all are spacious, perfect for a group of six adults where everyone wants good facilities. The property is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, fully air conditioned and with all the comforts of home. Outside the high standards continue, great pool which is very well maintained, very comfortable soft seating area and excellent barbecue which we used most evenings. There is excellent parking for your hire car, either on the gated drivewayin the garage which is under the property. I would say this is a property best enjoyed with a car, we seemed to be handy for everything we wanted to do, beach, marina, Faro old town and the driving was straightforward, parking was never a problem and we could have explored further afield should we have been there for a longer stay. There are a couple of lovely looking restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t try them as we chose to have lunches out and evenings by the pool. The property is looked after by an excellent management company, it’s them you deal with for the booking and I would rate them first class, they are professional and helpful and work to very high standards, I would be more than happy to book through them again.

La maison se situe proche de loulé et c est parfait pour ce balader dans toute l algarve Nous tenons à vous remercier de nous avoir loué la maison . Elle était parfaite .
